Starcom Sets Upfront Rules for TV Negotiations
Media buying agency Starcom USA will only negotiate upfront television advertising deals with networks that apply �precision metrics� to their sales offerings, reports John Consoli. The agency will no longer do business with unrated networks that are not measured by companies or rating services that can offer documented quantitative data on who their viewers are. more �
