A Better Plan, A Bigger Profit: Copywriting Maven's Creative Plan Makeover Series

Creative Plan

I’ve been dropping hints about this new series for months now, but the time has arrived! Copywriting Maven’s Creative Plan Makeovers are now open for business—your business!

Why the transition from landing pages to creative plans? The reason became glaringly obvious. In many cases, if not most cases, I was offering assistance too late or assistance that couldn’t help a deeply flawed promotion premise.

I needed to go back to the beginning before the “sexy” aspect of writing/designing started. I needed to see the actual foundation of the promotion to make sure we were operating from genuine knowledge and understanding and not just instinct. Because, truth be told, instinct can be dead wrong and cost you big time on the other side. (Even marketers like me with 20+ years of experience and pretty good instincts still insist on working a preliminary creative plan with our clients.)

So here’s your chance of getting an experienced marketer’s review of your promotion plan before you spend one cent of your precious promotion dollars EXCEPT … just like before, it will cost you a donation to Heifer International.

I haven’t quite decided the format of the review just yet. It may be similar to the 10-point landing page critiques, a combination or something different. But I promise whatever I ultimately decide on will be immediately useful and get you started on the right track.

Ready? Then visit Maven's Creative Plan Makeover page for all the details. You’ll note that I ask for quite a bit of information. That’s because this is the information YOU need to know to be able to strategize and execute a promotion that might actually meet your sales or other conversion goals — and isn’t that the whole point? Of course it is!

I’m looking forward to reviewing your submissions and helping you grow your businesses with a little (or a lot) more smarts.
So who wants to be first?
